We want to make it easy for you to get the services and support you need.
Medicaid Members and State-funded Recipients can request their health records, can change providers, and choose to limit what kind of information we are allowed to share about them. Please view the Notice of Privacy Practices and Rights and Responsibilities by clicking on the link below to review all rights.

Cultural Diversity
Members have the right to choose a provider who understands their life experience. You can choose a provider who has taken special trainings about cultural diversity. You can find one in our provider directory by clicking "yes" under “Has Cultural Competency Training.” You can learn more about how Trillium meets the needs of our diverse communities by reading our Cultural Competency Plan.
NC Medicaid Ombudsman Program
The NC Medicaid Ombudsman Program serves members around the state of North Carolina (not just the Trillium region). The Ombudsman Program educates members on their rights, answers questions about processes within the system, and works with appropriate agencies on complaints and grievances.

Trillium does not publish materials or share information that is intimidating, misleading, or inaccurate.
Trillium requires priority admission to all women who are pregnant and injecting drugs, pregnant and using substances and other individuals who are injecting drugs.
